Our buildings have a 3 year warranty on lumber/materials & construction under normal use. Mother Nature disasters are not covered. Repairs to building flooring/foundation due to shifting soil are not covered. All buildings must be painted with exterior paint within 30 days of installation or the warranty will be voided. Must send in pictures via email or mail of painted building for warranty to be active.
