Tear down/cut existing posts to ground/haul off: $2.00 per ft.
Staining/Painting: $2.50 per linear ft. -(per side)-customer supplies paint/stain
Top Rail: $6.00 per ft.
Kickboard: $2.50 per ft.
If you want existing posts dug up instead of cut level to ground & replaced:
Wood: $75.00 each
Steel: $100.00 each
